Private Chef and Owner
I have been in the food service business for 18 years. I attended Columbus State Community College in the Chef Apprentice program and then the Hospitality Management program.
I started my career apprenticing at The Country Club at Muirfield. I later worked at Morton’s of Chicago where I became the first woman chef in the history of the company. I later moved to Lexington Kentucky where I was front of the house manager in a small fine dining restaurant. I later helped open a fine dining Italian restaurant in Lexington. Later I moved to Knoxville Tennessee where I was the household manager and private chef for the family of a major US CEO.
From that experience I got the idea to start a business offering the services of a private chef on a part time basis. The skills I learned I have put to use developing this concept. The idea is to give outstanding service, attention to detail and provide the needed time for families to spend with one another. The gift of time is the most precious gift.
