Yucatan Chicken

 

 

 

2ancho chili, dried

3 tbsp raisins

2 tbsp oil

4- chicken breast

1- 14 oz can crushed tomatoes

3 garlic cloves

3 6” corn tortillas, torn into small pieces

1- 2.5 oz sesame seeds

1 tsp oregano

1 pinch cinnamon

 

Soak chilies and raisins in 1 cup hot water

 

In skillet brown chicken in oil. Add remaining ingredients,
bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Remove chicken and puree sauce in food
processor. Add salt and pepper. Garnish with more sesame seeds.
